| Cancellations Orders are generally processed within 8 hours of receipt of payment. Cancellations must therefore be received within 8 hours of placing an order. | Return Policy We are certain you will treasure our unique creation made specially for you. However, if for any reason you decide after you receive your order that the item you ordered is not appropriate for your needs, please contact us via e-mail mustangsally1958@yahoo.com to request a return authorization number within 14 calendar days of receipt of the item. Returns must be re-packaged with the item and returned to us in an unused condition within 14 calendar days of having received a return authorization number. RA#'s are non-renewable. We do not charge restocking fees. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please do not return any item that has been used or is not in original condition. We cannot refund money for items that cannot be re-sold. The decision to grant or refuse any request for a refund is solely at our discretion. We therefore reserve the right to refuse any request for a refund for any reason whatsoever. |
Exchanges For all returns and exchanges, we reserve the right to unconditionally refuse a refund or exchange for any item returned or exchanges without first having obtained a Return Authorization Number. |

| Dispute Resolution Policy The purchase of any item from CK's Pride or AJ's Pride constitutes acceptance of the following basic terms of sale: The interpretation of the terms of sale shall be governed by California law. The purchaser consents to California, Orange County, California as the jurisdiction and venue for the resolution of any dispute relating to the purchase of any product from CK's Pride or from AJ's Pride. All products are sold in new condition and "as is." Any and all disputes in relation to the purchase of any product from CK's Pride or from AJ's Pride shall be determined by binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of Judicate West, the American Arbitration Association or any other mutually agreeable Alternative Dispute Resolution Service. Buyer agrees he/she is specifically waiving a right to a jury trial by submitting to the binding arbitration. In any event, our liability for any claim against us shall be limited to the price of the item purchased on which the allegation(s) or claim(s) are based. |
